All orders will ship out of our California warehouse. Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on shipping options you choose. Depending on provider & method chosen, date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Once shipment has been given to the shipper, we no longer control the speed at which it is delivered to you. (Expedited shipping does not mean Rush Processing; See below.) If you have questions related to delays in transit, please first contact your selected carrier's local office. NOTE: All orders are made to order. This means, average processing & order fulfillment time is 3-5 business days. (*Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for larger or custom orders, and for orders placed during holidays.*) Once your order has been fulfilled it will be shipped. The estimated shipping dates will then apply. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number which will be emailed to you via your account message center. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. $5 Flat: Orders will be shipped via USPS, by Priority Mail (2-3 business days), or First-Class (3-5 business days) if less than 13oz. Free Shipping: If your order qualifies for free shipping, then it will be shipped via USPS Priority mail.
Rush Processing
Returns Policy You may initiate a return of new, unused items, within 30 days from your order date, for a full refund, less shipping. We will pay the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (ex: you received an incorrect decal, etc.). Once you've initiated your return request it must be authorized by our Returns Dept before you mail it back in. You will receive notification of authorization in your message center. This ensures a smooth transition of us receiving the return and you receiving your refund. Once approved, you must mail the decal(s) to us within 10 days. Items not received within 10 days may be denied a return. To initiate a return: 1) Log in to your account. 2) View the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the 'My Account' menu. 3) Click the 'Return Item(s)' button. *Be sure to select the reason and action that apply to your return request issue. Please also provide additional details regarding your reason for requesting a return. We will notify you via the message center within 24hrs if your request has been authorized and/or we need more details. You will also receive an email as to the status of your return once we've received your returned product. Upon approval, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days). *NOTE: Not applicable to custom orders or personalized items, including but not limited to, custom sizes, custom colors, custom text, names, logos, monograms, and signs. Decals that are damaged during installation cannot be returned. A replacement decal may be ordered at a discount at the discretion of Accent Studios.
